IME: Tone Up

This exercise class will consist of a ~45 minute session that emphasizes all major muscle groups from head to toe. The group can decide on either a FLOW or GROW regimen.A FLOW session will consist of stretch and balance exercises with breathing control for relaxation and stress recovery.
A GROW session will focus on muscle strengthening and aerobic capacity, consisting of sustained contractions, high intensity circuit training, and plyometrics.
No experience in group exercise classes required to begin. All exercises will be modifiable to easier and harder versions, so anyone can participate. An exercise mat and comfortable clothes is highly recommended as many moves will be performed on the floor. The instructor will take recommendations for any special requests on exercises, muscles, or joints.
IME Scholar, Ricky Pimentel, is experienced and will lead this Tone Up session. The potential for added sessions will be discussed at each session.
