Sonya Quijada is a retired Army veteran and a trauma sensitive trained yoga expert. She focuses on physiology, postural alignment, and biomechanics for bodies to feel better and move more easily. This class is not “sweaty, sexy flow yoga,” it is a static, restorative, nourishing, muscular adventure. Regular attendance will reduce chronic pain, increase range of motion, and improve sleep.
