Sisterhood of Empowerment in Academe (SEA) is a place for self-identifying women of color to come together, share our lived experiences, and support each other throughout our journey in academia and beyond.
New semester, new year, and a new series of changes. As we begin another year in a pandemic we’ll use this opportunity to check-in with one another and discuss how we respond, adapt, and learn to accept changes. Dipping into our creativity bag, we’ll also do some vision boarding to craft our own bright futures.
