Green Zone Training – Summer 2018
Green Zone training is for faculty and staff that wish to learn more about the military affiliated student experience. Its goals are to train members of the Carolina community to know more about the issues and concerns faced by military affiliated students and to identify individuals who are available to assist this population. MAGS: Yoga!
2-3pm: Yoga! Mats, blocks, and straps provided for up to 10 people on a first come, first served basis! Sonya Quijada is a retired Army veteran and a trauma sensitive trained yoga expert. She focuses on physiology, postural alignment, and biomechanics for bodies to feel better and move more easily. This class is not "sweaty, sexy flow yoga," it is a static, restorative, nourishing, muscular adventure. Regular attendance will reduce chronic pain, increase range of motion, and improve sleep.

Heeloween Spooktacular
