As we work through the last bit of the semester, let’s check in and recognize some of the self-care activities we’ve been doing, some that have fallen off, the support systems we have, and the ones we sometimes forget. What concrete things can we do to make sure we continue taking care of ourselves, even in stressful times? What connections might you reignite? How are your personal relationships? Let your sisters know and find out some ways that we each help heal together.
