Psychological Safety & Inclusion

The Director of Education, Community Engagement & Belonging, Cloe Liparini, and Assistant Director of Education, Community Engagement, and Strategic Initiatives, Ari Weinbaum, will present on Psychological Safety & Inclusion. Psychological Safety is critical to inclusive leadership and fostering belonging on a team. In this training, participants will be introduced to the concept of psychological safety and its four stages of safety: Inclusion, Learner, Contributor, and Challenger. Participants will examine ways to help create and foster psychological safety in order to address implicit bias, navigate microaggressions, and engage conflict productively. Lunch will be served, Registration is required!
