Reaching Your 2024 Goals

January 16 - January 18

Wanna make sure your New Year’s resolutions stick? Do you have some goals this semester that you really want to accomplish? Join us for this workshop to learn ways to evaluate current patterns, focus on sustainable changes, and increase motivation. No one will be required to share with the group, as we respect the personal aspects of this work.

This first workshop will be offered on three different days and times. Please register for the one that best fits your schedule, as it is the same information each time. A follow-up workshop will be offered in February for those interested.

Wednesday, January 17, from 1:30-2:30 pm

Thursday, January 18, from 3:30-4:30 pm
