Sisterhood of Empowerment in Academe (SEA), or the Sisterhood, is meant to be a place for women of color to come together, share their lived experiences, and support one another throughout our journey in the academy.

What does self-care look like to you? Of course, we want to be as productive as possible, but how are we supposed to do the work that needs to be done while we neglect what we need to do for ourselves? Join SEA as we tackle all things self-care and what that looks like as a woman of color. The relationship you have with yourself is the longest relationship you’ll ever be in so make it count.
