As a first-gen graduate/professional student, it is important to equip yourself for success. Some tools that have proven to be useful are the Relax, Relate, Release protocol. Relax: You belong here – Overcoming Fear – The Imposter Syndrome Relate: Network, Socialize, and be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
